The house

The chalet has an Ibizan-style exterior, a furnished porch and a terrace with a barbecue. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 m and is 0.6–1.8 m deep. Nine sun loungers and parasols are available outside.

The living-dining room has satellite television, air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Both the living-dining room and kitchen open to the outside. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bedrooms each have one double bed; the third has two single beds. Two bedrooms have wardrobes. There are two shower bathrooms, one ensuite and one serving the whole house. A cot, high chair and radiator are available. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer and a safe.

The house is in the Cala Pi urbanisation. Platja de Cala Pi is 1.2 km away, and Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita are other beaches in the surrounding area. Exterior parking is available for one car. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay.
