Smoking and events are not permitted. Pets are welcome; consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs €150 per stay. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
