The house

The house is laid out on a single floor. Its living-dining room has a sofa, dining table, satellite TV, and CD and DVD players. Each of the two bedrooms has one double bed and a wardrobe. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Three fans are provided; there is no air conditioning. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

The equipped ceramic-hob kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with towels and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi and garage parking for one car are available.

Outside, the porch has a table and rocking chair. There is a garden, terrace and barbecue area with outdoor furniture. The private west-facing chlorine pool measures 7 × 4 m, with depths from 1.5 to 2 m, mountain views, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.

Búger is 0.5 km away, with nearby restaurants and cafés and a Saturday market selling local produce. The surroundings offer walking and cycling routes toward the Serra de Tramuntana. Campanet Caves and Ses Fonts Ufanes are about 11 km away. The northern beaches of Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro can be reached by car.
