House rules
The villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A minimum stay of 10 nights applies during Christmas and New Year. Casa de Campo registration is required before arrival, including guest names and passport numbers. Fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day and $12 per child ages 4–12 per day; children under 4 have complimentary access. Registration provides access to selected resort facilities, including Minitas Beach, pools, tennis courts, golf courses, the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Spa, Fitness Center and Central Romana Medical Center. An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee are additional. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required.
Getting there
La Marina is within walking distance. Minitas Beach is 2 miles away; Altos de Chavon is 1.6 miles away, the Tennis Center is 1.9 miles away, the Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are 2.5 miles away, and the Shooting Center is 2.9 miles away. One six-seater golf cart is included for travel within Casa de Campo. Resort access requires registration before arrival.
