The house

The villa accommodates up to 16 guests in eight air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and flat-screen TV. There is also a powder room. Housekeepers, a cook, a waiter and a gardener are included, along with one six-seater golf cart.

The open-plan interior has double-height ceilings and marble floors. A climate-controlled family room opens onto a covered terrace, outer deck and private infinity-edge pool. The formal dining room seats 16. A separate entertainment room has a 120-inch screen, Blu-ray projector, high-fidelity surround sound and iPod dock radio; satellite or cable TV and a speaker system are also provided.

The granite kitchen has commercial restaurant appliances, kitchen basics and a separate staff kitchen. BBQ equipment supports outdoor meals. The grounds include a jacuzzi, outdoor gazebo, open-air cabana, pergola, swings and trampoline, with shaded areas for dining and conversation.

Wi-Fi, parking, a washer and dryer, hot water, hair dryers, toiletries and a safe are provided. La Marina is within walking distance and Minitas Beach is 2 miles away. Pre-arrival resort registration is required for access to selected Casa de Campo facilities, with daily fees paid directly to the resort.
