Lovely apartment surrounded by nature, suitable for families and ideal for a relaxing stay.
The accommodation, located on the first floor, accessed via a lovely terrace, opens onto a bright living room equipped with a single sofa bed and television. The living area leads to the independent kitchen, equipped with a coffee maker and oven, dining table and direct access to the garden.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed. A bathroom with bidet and shower stall completes the layout.
At guests' disposal amenities such as air conditioning in the common area, independent heat pump heating, wi-fi connection and washing machine.

*The apartment is surrounded by a large garden, equipped with a barbeque, shared with the accommodation above, and overlooks a covered terrace with outdoor dining table.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, Eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and going south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural sources of fresh water and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, moreover, you will find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach named Cala Rossa.
Moving further south, about 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoiled and impervious beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, definitely see the Greek theater of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi Museum, and also the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural as well as scenic beauty.
Not to be overlooked are Noto, the waterfront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore, and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures with which to fill one's eyes.
The accommodation is about 40 minutes' drive from Catania airport and less than 10 minutes' drive from Syracuse train station.
