House rules
Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations. Reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via a terrace. Other accommodations occupy the building. The garden and barbecue are shared with the accommodation above. Catania airport is about 40 minutes' drive away; Syracuse train station is less than 10 minutes' drive away.
