Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Long-term stays are allowed. Beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge. Guests with electric vehicles must arrange their own charging.
Getting there
The condo is ground-floor and single-level. Local cafés, restaurants and markets are within walking distance; downtown Kailua-Kona is a six-minute drive away. A car is not necessary. The resort has a private sandy sunbathing beach. Electric-vehicle charging is unavailable at the property.
