The house

Casa De Emdeko 104 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo accommodating up to four guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed, garden views, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and common bathroom access.

The open-plan living and dining area has tile floors, coastal décor, a Smart TV and dining seating for four. Sliding glass doors open toward the gardens. The kitchen features Sapele wood cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee-making equipment, a blender, rice cooker, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils are provided.

A private covered lanai has a ceiling fan, seating for four and views of landscaped gardens and a fountain. Ground-level walk-out access leads to the courtyard and shared pools: a garden pool and an oceanfront saltwater pool a short stroll away. Community facilities include a private sandy sunbathing beach, an oceanview cabana, BBQ grills, a sauna, tiki torches and a sunset conch ceremony.

The condo has central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens and beach towels. There is gated entry, a private entrance and free parking. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Self check-in and checkout and 24-hour check-in are offered.

Local cafés, restaurants and markets are within walking distance. Downtown Kailua-Kona is a six-minute drive away. A car is not necessary. Electric-vehicle charging is unavailable at the property; guests with electric vehicles must arrange their own charging.
