Our ‘Casa con terrazza all’Addaura’ is a large 2-storey apartment with amazing views of the sea, a true oasis of relaxation from which you can admire the deep blue of the Addaura sea.
The access is via a small road with a view of the mountains, at the end of which there is a beautiful lookout. You enter directly onto the living room, with 4 sofas including 1 convertible into a bed, TV, dining table and chairs. Through some large windows it is possible to enjoy the splendid view over the sea, as well as the veranda with armchairs, perfect for drinks with a view. From the living room you enter the kitchen, small but well-equipped.
A corridor leads to the bathroom with shower and to the bedroom, furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. The room leads to a veranda where the washing machine is to be found.
Also in the living room you will find a spiral staircase giving access to the terrace: a part of the terrace is covered and equipped with a rocking chair, table and chairs, while the open part is perfect for sunbathing on the deckchairs.

The Addaura is a seaside village of Palermo. It is located south-east of Mondello beach, on the seafront that connects Mondello to Monte Pellegrino. There are several coves immersed in a splendid sea and a marina with a view of the Gulf of Mondello.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo.
It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
We recommend to have a car in order to move around more comfortably.
