Pets are welcome. Events and smoking are prohibited. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

Stairs connect the ground and first floors. Cala Vella beach is 11.3 km away; S'Arenal beach, Cala Blava and Son Antem golf course are less than 15 minutes away by car. Golf Son Antem is 3 km away, Llucmajor town and its Ronda Migjorn–Carrer Bisbe Roig bus stop are 3.5 km away, and Son Sant Joan airport is 16.3 km away. Palma's Estacio Intermodal is 23.5 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal is 26.7 km away, and Son Llatzer hospital is 20.6 km away. Exterior parking accommodates four cars.
