The house

The estate occupies a fenced plot of more than 11,000 m² with no direct neighbours. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 m and is 0.9–1.9 m deep. Outside are ten sun loungers, an outdoor shower, terraces, a barbecue and a garden with space for children to play.

Inside are a living room with a large dining area and Smart TV, plus a smaller sitting room with air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven and microwave. The adjoining laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for four cars are available.

The ground-floor bedroom has two double beds, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, a wardrobe and terrace access. There is also a separate ground-floor toilet. Stairs lead to four first-floor bedrooms: one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub; the other three each have two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobes and terrace access. A further first-floor bathroom has a bathtub and bidet. Up to two cots and a high chair are available on request.

Llucmajor town is 3.5 km away. Palma de Mallorca is 20 km away, approximately 15 minutes by car. Son Antem golf course, S'Arenal beach and Cala Blava are less than 15 minutes away by car. Cala Vella beach is 11.3 km away. Pets are welcome; events and smoking are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
