The maximum occupancy is six guests, advertised as 4+2, with the additional two accommodated on the sofa bed in the third bedroom. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
