The house

The house has a spacious living-dining room overlooking the pool, a kitchen with a gas hob, oven and its own dining area, and a separate lounge with satellite television offering English-language channels only. Its modern furnishings include rustic touches.

There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, fan and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; one with two single beds, a wardrobe and fan; and one with a sofa bed for two and access to the second bathroom, also with a bathtub. A cot, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

Outside, the private saltwater pool measures 10 × 5 metres and is 1.1–1.8 metres deep. There are sunbeds, seating areas, an awning with countryside views and a barbecue. The property grounds are fenced and offer privacy. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.

Llucmajor has supermarkets, restaurants, shops and a local market on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The town and bus stop are 7.7 km away; Sa Ràpita / Es Trenc beach is 12 km away and Son Antem golf course is 13.8 km away.
