Casa Bunicii has three double rooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined on request; each room has a private bathroom. The property also has an apartment with a double bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, and a private bathroom. A 65 m² shared living area includes an open-plan kitchen, dining area and seating by a fireplace. The equipped kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. The 200 m² attic has table tennis, billiards, table football, a multi-game table for children and board games. An outdoor play area includes climbing equipment, a slide, swings and other play equipment. The property has a 40 m² terrace and approximately 8,000 m² of outdoor grounds. The hot tub holds up to eight people and has water at 38–40°C. Mobile phone signal is weak and available only in some areas; Wi-Fi internet is available.
