Pool maintenance requires access to the house on Tuesdays and Fridays. Occasional encounters with insects, lizards, rodents and reptiles are part of the tropical setting and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. A service fee is displayed as $48 and varies with the number of days.
Getting there
The beaches of Uvita are minutes away. San José airport is approximately 3.5 hours away by car. An alternative route is a 20-minute flight from SJO to Quepos airport followed by 50 minutes by car. Occasional weather-related power outages and interruptions to the spring-fed water supply can occur.
