The villa centers on an interior garden and a wrap-around terrace overlooking the golf course. All five bedrooms are on one level and have ensuite bathrooms. A separate private TV room provides additional indoor living space. The air-conditioned formal dining room seats 10, and outdoor dining accommodates up to 14.
The indoor kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, blender, and kitchen basics. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ provide another cooking area, while the full bar has its own refrigerator and ice machine. A housekeeper and cook are included.
The private heated, salt-filtered pool has nearby outdoor seating. Children's play features include a trampoline, tree swing, slide, monkey dome, ninja line, and soccer goals. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa. Starlink internet, satellite or cable TV, a speaker system, washer, dryer, laundry detergent, hair dryer, toiletries, household essentials, and a safe are provided. The villa is within a private gated community and has a parking space.
Minitas Beach and The Marina are approximately 2 miles away. The Tennis Center is about 2.3 miles away; the Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each approximately 2.6 miles away; Altos de Chavon is about 2.7 miles away; and the Shooting Center is about 2.9 miles away.
