House rules
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
Getting there
Port d'Alcúdia Beach is 550 metres away, a few minutes' walk. The house is on a low-traffic cul-de-sac and has immediate neighbours.
