The house

The house has an open-plan living and dining room with air conditioning and satellite TV, connected to a kitchen with a ceramic hob. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery. A washing machine and iron are available.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bedrooms each have one single bed, one has two single beds and one has a double bed. There are two bathrooms with showers. A cot and high chair can be provided. Towels, a hair dryer and a safe are available.

Outside are terraces, a garden, sun loungers, parasols and a porch with a barbecue. The private chlorine pool measures 5 by 2.5 metres and is 1.5 metres deep. The property is fenced and has immediate neighbours.

The house is on a low-traffic cul-de-sac near a lively area of Port d'Alcúdia, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. Port d'Alcúdia Beach is 550 metres away, a few minutes' walk. The supermarket is 1.4 km away, the bus stop 450 metres, the pharmacy 500 metres and a bar 400 metres. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 60.7 km away, Sa Pobla train station 15.4 km, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 3.9 km and Club de Golf Alcanada 6.7 km.
