House rules
Maximum occupancy is 28 guests. Groups above 20 guests incur an additional per-person nightly charge. Exceptions may be considered for couples and families with children. Minimum stays are three nights in green season, four nights in high season and seven nights in peak season.
Getting there
The estate is directly on Jaco Beach, with 120 feet of beach frontage.
