What staying here is like

The estate occupies a three-quarter-acre beachfront lot with 120 feet of beach frontage and 7,000 square feet of interior living space. Covered terraces and balconies overlook the ocean. Ten bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; four bedrooms share two Jack-and-Jill bathrooms. A guest half bathroom is on the ground floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning, a TV, a safe and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom, Bedroom 2 and Bedrooms 11–14 have private patios with views of Jaco Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Common areas include two swimming pools, a ten-person hot tub, a grass volleyball court, a living room, pool table, foosball table, dining area, equipped kitchen, ocean-view balcony and equipped rancho. Daily cleaning and an overnight doorman are available as property features. Standard concierge service is included throughout the stay, with upgrades available. One pre-arrival shopping-list delivery is included on check-in day.
