Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The decorative fireplace cannot be used. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Final cleaning is mandatory at 150€/stay; heating is optional at 15€/night. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
