The house

The fenced property has a garden, a furnished porch with seating and an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, and a pool terrace with four sunbeds and parasols. Neighbours are nearby. The private chlorine pool measures 6 × 3 metres and is 1.3–1.8 metres deep.

Inside, the living room has sofas and satellite TV and connects through an arch to the dining room. The separate kitchen has a serving opening to the living room and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A laundry room provides a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels, a hair dryer and a safe are available.

Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Two bathrooms have showers and one has a bathtub. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor; the first-floor bedroom has air conditioning and access to a terrace. Two fans, a cot and a high chair are available on request. The house has oil central heating, available for an optional charge. The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used.

Son Serra de Marina has basic shops and restaurants; further services are in Can Picafort. Son Serra de Marina beach is 1.2 km away and has rocks, coarse sand and shallow water.
