Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not allowed. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
