The house

The 110 m² house stands on a 3,500 m² fenced plot surrounded by trees and plants, with some neighbouring properties. Outdoors there is a furnished porch, barbecue, garden, terrace, outdoor shower and up to six sun loungers. The chlorine pool measures 9 × 4.5 metres and is 1–1.8 metres deep.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area includes sofas and satellite television. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Two bedrooms are on the main level: one has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is a shower bathroom and an outdoor toilet. The third bedroom is upstairs, reached by an exterior staircase, and has two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and fans. A cot and high chair can be prepared for guests travelling with a baby.

Manacor is 3.4 km away, Portocristo Beach is about 19.5 km away and La Reserva Rotana golf course is 1.1 km away. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.
