Bedroom 2's king-size bed can be separated into two single beds. The living area includes a television, sofa and dining area, and the equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and utensils, and pantry items. A family bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washer are located next to the entrance.
Outside, the villa has a private heated pool measuring 6 m by 3.5 m, a sun deck, parasol, garden, terrace, veranda, balcony, outdoor dining area and barbecue.
