Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. The house has two floors, with all bedrooms upstairs. The grounds are not fenced and there are neighboring properties. Outdoor parking is limited to one car. Port de Sóller beach is 9.4 km away; Biniaraix is 0.050 km away. Sóller train station and the Carrer Cetre bus stop are each 2.2 km away. Son Sant Joan airport is 41 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal is 38.2 km away, and Son Espasses hospital is 33.5 km away.
