The house

The house is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a furnished living room with a fireplace, a dining area, an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Kitchen facilities include an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and utensils. An iron and ironing board are available.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A crib and high chair can be provided for babies. Wi-Fi, television, satellite TV, fans, towels and a hair dryer are available.

Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 7 × 4 m and 1.35–2.1 m deep, a garden, sun loungers, parasols, a terrace and a barbecue. The grounds are not fenced and there are neighboring properties. Outdoor parking accommodates one car.

The surrounding area offers hiking and cycling routes, including routes toward Tossals Verds and the Cúber reservoir. Fornalutx has a small grocery store, while Sóller and Port de Sóller have supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Port de Sóller beach is 9.4 km away; Biniaraix is 0.050 km away.
