House rules
Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A mandatory electricity charge of 15 euros per night is payable on site. Tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
Getting there
A car is necessary to explore the island and visit its beaches and coves. Can Picafort Beach is approximately 33 km away. Sencelles and its bus stop are 3.8 km away; Son Sant Joan Airport is 25.1 km away. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and open to the living area.
