The house

The fenced grounds offer privacy, a garden, sun loungers, outdoor sofas, a barbecue, pergola-shaded dining and table tennis. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 1.2–1.6 metres deep.

Inside, the dining room has air conditioning and satellite TV. A second living room also has air conditioning and a TV. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, oven and breakfast table; a separate laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Three ground-floor bedrooms each have a double bed and air conditioning; one also has a single bed. One ground-floor bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom is upstairs, open to the living area, with two single beds. The two other bathrooms have a shower and a hydromassage bath respectively. A cot and high chair are available.

Sencelles has a small supermarket, restaurants and bars. The town and bus stop are 3.8 km away. Outdoor parking accommodates six cars. A car is necessary for exploring the island and its beaches. Mandatory electricity charges, tourist tax and an arrival deposit apply.
