Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR must be paid to the owner on arrival. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. An extra cot is optional at 20€/night. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
