The house

The villa has several terraces, a garden, sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue and a furnished porch for outdoor meals. The private saltwater pool measures 7 × 3.5 m and has a constant depth of 1.5 m. There are neighbours nearby.

The main floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV, a separate equipped kitchen with an induction hob, and a bathroom with a shower. Kitchen facilities include an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A fireplace, Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are available, along with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The ground-floor bedroom has one sofa bed and a fan. Stairs lead to three upper-floor bedrooms, each with one double bed, a fan and an en-suite bathroom. One en-suite has a bathtub and the other two have showers. One upper-floor bedroom opens onto a terrace with mountain views. A cot and highchair can be provided; an extra cot is optional at 20€/night.

The residential neighbourhood is surrounded by green areas and open spaces. Cala Provençal beach is 0.25 km away and Font de Sa Cala is 1.3 km away. Nearby places of interest include Capdepera Castle, Cala Ratjada lighthouse and Cala Ratjada fishing port. Outdoor parking accommodates two cars.
