The 48.65 m² apartment has an open-plan living-dining room and kitchen. The living area includes a television, fireplace, air conditioning and dining table. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, squeezer, crockery and cooking utensils.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds; both have radiators and televisions. A living-room sofa bed accommodates two additional guests for an extra charge. The bathroom has a bathtub. Fans, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies.
Outside, a large shared terrace has barbecue facilities, tables and chairs, and there is a children's playground. Neighbouring apartments mean there is only partial privacy. There is no pool.
Orba's old town has narrow cobbled streets and traditional houses. Nearby outings include Mirador del Pla de Petracos and the mills route along the Girona river. Playa de Dénia is 15.9 km away; Playa de Jávea is another nearby beach destination.
Additional guests and pets incur charges, and final cleaning is mandatory. Firewood can be purchased for a supplement on arrival. Events and smoking are not permitted.
