The maximum licensed occupancy is 10 guests. Pets are not permitted. Optional pool heat is available for the full stay at $50 per day. A cleaning fee is included. No smoking inside.
Getting there
The Kaibo and Rum Point Club are within short walking distance. Ferry service from Kaibo Marina connects with Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. A stated 15-minute drive brings guests to North Side and then East End, where grocery stores, dive shops and restaurants are available. The property has a private boat dock for launching kayaks or paddleboards. Discounted kayak, stand-up paddleboard and cruiser bicycle rentals require a signed waiver.
