The house

Caribe Sun is a modern villa in the Cayman Kai neighborhood. The property has a private pool surrounded by tropical landscaping, a pool deck, wraparound veranda and Trex private boat dock. The living room has a sectional sofa and Smart TV. The kitchen has modern appliances, a large island and quartz countertops. The formal dining area seats more than 10 guests, and the screened porch has an outdoor dining table for 10. Four bedroom suites are in the main villa, with an apartment suite above the detached garage.

The property has hurricane windows and doors and a backup generator. A cleaning fee is included. Cruiser bicycles, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver. The Kaibo and Rum Point Club are within short walking distance. Ferry service from Kaibo Marina connects with Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach. North Side and East End attractions, grocery stores, dive shops and restaurants are accessible by a stated 15-minute drive to North Side and then East End.
