The home sleeps up to 12 guests in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds, attached bathrooms and private balconies; the third has two queen-over-queen bunk beds. A private hot tub, BBQ grill and outdoor seating are available. Inside are a fully equipped kitchen, indoor fire table, shuffleboard, ping pong, basketball shoot-out, Nintendo Switch, board and card games, and smart TVs. A Pack 'n Play, dryer, ceiling fans, private entrance and pickleball paddles are provided.
The kitchen includes an air fryer, coffee makers and cookware; BBQ utensils and a grill brush are available. The neighboring Sundance Edge unit can be reserved separately. A carbon monoxide detector is provided. Guests receive local discounts, including Crush Golf + Grill, Jellystone Park, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Café Sabor and ATV and bike rentals; codes arrive within 48 hours of booking.
