Pets are not allowed. Use only designated, completed roads and pathways and stay clear of active construction. A waiver is required for resort wristbands. Surf and the big slides require one day's advance notice during September 8–October 31.

There are no bedrooms on the main floor. Parking is limited to two designated driveway spaces. Ongoing construction is close to the home in the Pecan Valley community.
