House rules

Maximum occupancy is 12. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require final approval; notify InvitedHome when booking about pets, emotional support animals or service animals and submit details by text or email. Approved pets incur non-refundable fees of $150 per animal for cleaning and $50/night per animal for rental. A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear must not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the team's local address is available on request for $25 per package or $50 for larger items. Reservations exceeding eight days require coordination of a paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional paid cleaning arrangements. Reservation confirmation requires electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.

Getting there

Walking distance to skiing, shopping and dining in Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, with ski-in access and ski shuttle service. Parking is limited to two cars, with one space in the garage and one in the driveway. The main suite and loft are on the top floor; the games lounge is on the lower level.
