The house

Canyons Edge is a 3,796-square-foot townhouse with five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The open-concept main floor connects a galley kitchen, dining space and living room with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has marble countertops, an island, cooking equipment, a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and drip coffee maker. A landscaped patio, private deck, balcony and grill provide outdoor space.

Four bedrooms have king beds, and the fifth has two bunk beds. Four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; the fourth king bedroom has a private bathroom across the hall. The top-floor main suite includes a mountain-view balcony, gas fireplace, TV, walk-in closet and a bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and oversized shower. The bunk room has a TV and an ensuite with dual vanity and a spa shower.

A top-floor loft provides a desk workspace. The lower-level lounge has a sectional, TV, mini bar, chess, shuffleboard and ping pong. Other facilities include a private hot tub, ski storage, boot heaters, air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and garage and driveway parking. Bed linens, towels, hair dryers and ironing equipment are provided.

Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort is within walking distance for skiing, shopping and dining. Ski-in access and ski shuttle service are available. Longer stays are permitted, with additional paid cleaning arrangements for extended reservations.
