Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory electricity charge: 0.35€/KW. Mandatory final cleaning: 130€/stay. Optional heating: 1.75€/litre. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
