The house

The house combines rustic and modern interiors. The ground floor has a living/dining room with air conditioning, satellite television and a DVD player, a kitchen opening onto the dining terrace, one air-conditioned double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Two further double bedrooms occupy the lower level; each has an en suite bathroom and terrace access. One en suite has a bathtub and the other a shower.

Outside, the private saltwater pool measures 5 × 4 metres and is 1.6 metres deep. Sun loungers, parasols, a garden and a furnished dining terrace provide outdoor space. The property perimeter is fenced, and neighbours are nearby.

The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery. The house also has oil central heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels. A cot and high chair are available for babies. Exterior parking accommodates four cars.

Mancor de la Vall lies at the foot of the mountains. Inca, 5 km away, has shops, services and a Thursday market. The surrounding area offers hiking and cycling excursions to Santa Lucia, Lluc, Ses Fonts Ufanes and Campanet Caves. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay.
