The fenced property is surrounded by nature and offers privacy. Its private chlorine pool measures 9 × 5 metres, with depths from 0.7 to 2.1 metres, and has four sunloungers nearby. Steps lead down to a porch with a barbecue. A table-tennis table is also available.
The main floor has a living room with satellite TV and a CD player, opening onto a dining kitchen with a gas cooktop and microwave. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. Upstairs are another bathroom with a bathtub and three bedrooms, each with a fan and wardrobe: one has a double bed, one has twin beds and one has a single bed. A cot and high chair are available.
