Maximum occupancy is four guests. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax, Ecotasa, applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
