The house is arranged over two floors, with rustic furniture and exposed wooden beams. The ground floor has a sitting-dining area with satellite TV, a kitchen with a gas stove, one double bedroom with a closet and a shower bathroom. Upstairs are a games room, two bedrooms with one double bed each, and another shower bathroom. One upstairs bedroom has a wardrobe. All three bedrooms have air conditioning; one unit is mobile. A cot and high chair can be supplied.
The kitchen includes a microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are available.
Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 5 m by 3 m and is 1.2 m deep. It is described for summer use and is surrounded by artificial lawn with four sun loungers. There is a terrace, barbecue and garden. The plot is fenced, and neighboring properties are nearby.
Port de Sóller beach is 3.9 km away, and Sóller town is 4.7 km away. Shops and restaurants are available in Sóller and Puerto de Sóller. Nearby activities include cycling, hiking between Biniaraix and Cúber, and taking the historic train from Sóller to Palma.
