The backyard has views of the surrounding fields, a private saltwater pool measuring 8 × 4 metres with depths from 0.90 to 2.90 metres, sun loungers, and a porch with a barbecue. The house is within the town and has immediate neighbours.
The living room has satellite TV and connects to the dining area through a traditional Mallorcan arch. A separate kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave and oven opens onto the back patio. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, along with central oil heating for colder months and free Wi-Fi.
There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed: one on the ground floor and three upstairs on the first floor. The ground floor has a separate toilet and a shower bathroom; the first floor has a full bathroom with a bathtub. A crib and high chair can be provided for babies.
Local services are close at hand. Can Picafort and Playa de Muro beaches are around 15 minutes away by car.
