House rules
Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are prohibited. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs 250€/stay. Optional oil central heating costs 21€/night from November to March and operates from 06:00 to 09:00 and 19:00 to midnight. Air conditioning is free from 20:00 to 07:00; an optional charge of 20€/night is also published. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€/guest/night in low season and 2.2€/guest/night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house is arranged over two floors. Port d'Alcúdia beach is 26 km away. Inca town, the bus stop on Av. Rei Jaume I and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca are 3 km away; Inca train station is 4 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 40 km away, Alcanada golf course is 23 km away and Port d'Alcúdia ferry port is 23 km away. Children must be supervised by an adult on the terrace.
