The house

The finca comprises a two-storey main house and a poolside building. Outside are a 50 m² furnished porch, a 60 m² terrace, a fenced area with fruit trees, an outdoor shower and six sun loungers. The 50 m² saltwater pool is 0.5–2.10 m deep and has an integrated cold-water Jacuzzi and a running-water area. The Jacuzzi cannot be heated. A barbecue, kitchen-dining room, bathroom and laundry area are in the poolside building. A ping-pong table, garden and parasols are also available.

The main house has four air-conditioned bedrooms: one double bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs. The upstairs double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool shower; another upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed. A cot is available on request. Bathroom facilities include a ground-floor shower, a whirlpool bath and whirlpool showers.

The air-conditioned living-dining room has satellite television with German and French channels. The separate, fully equipped gas kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer. Crockery, tea towels, a high chair, towels, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. The house has oil central heating and free Wi-Fi.

Inca is 3 km away and has shops, restaurants and a Thursday market. Nearby pathways offer walking, cycling and excursions towards Puig de Santa Magdalena, the Serra de Tramuntana and Es Pla de Mallorca. Puig de Santa Magdalena has a 13th-century chapel and a restaurant.
