The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Smoking is not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Pets weighing up to 3 kg are welcome. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
