The house

The garden has vegetation and flowers, a fish pond, a play area and outdoor furniture. The private chlorine pool measures 9 × 5 m and is 1.20–2.20 m deep. Outdoor facilities include a bar, shower, a porch beside the pool and a second porch with a barbecue. Parakeets and tortoises live on the property. Neighbours are less than 50 metres away, while the grounds offer privacy.

The ground floor has an air-conditioned living-dining room with satellite TV, open to a fully equipped cottage-style kitchen with a ceramic hob, utensils and appliances, including a microwave. There is also a ground-floor toilet. A stone staircase leads to three air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs: two with one double bed each and one with two single beds. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower; a second shower bathroom serves the other bedrooms.

A cot and high chair are available. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.

Llucmajor town and the Ronda Mitjorn–Carrer Convent bus stop are 2.8 km away. Platja de Sa Ràpita is 22 km away, and Es Trenc is approximately 22 km away.
