Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Capacity is four guests plus two additional guests. Additional guests incur an extra charge; without payment for those guests, extra beds may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Central heating costs extra; contact the advertiser for details. Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
